Scrambled Eggs

        • Eggs- 4
        • Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
        • Small tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
        • Garlic- 2 cloves (finely chopped)
        • Green chilies- 2 (finely sliced)
        • Salt to taste
        • Butter- 2 tablespoons
        • Chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves- 2 tsp.

        Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic, green chilies and tomato and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the egg one at a time and stir constantly. Add salt and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
