Mysore Bonda

        • Urad dhal- 1 cup
        • Thoor dhal- 1 tablespoon
        • Ginger paste- 3/4 tsp
        • Finely chopped green chilies- 10
        • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
        • Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
        • Shredded coconut- 2 tablespoon
        • Salt
        • Oil

        Soak urad and thoor dhal in water for 4 hrs. Drain well, add salt and grind the dhals to a smooth paste with very little water. Mix all other ingredients to the dhal paste and make lemon sized balls and deep fry this in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
