RULES

• Must have a valid email address (a website is not necessary).
• If you have a site, you must link back to this site using a text link or a code.
• If you use a code, save it to your own server.
• Code must be on site before or right after you submit the join form.
• REAL names.
• If you are putting your url as a journal (ie. livejournal) the link MUST be in a permanent place, and not just in a post.
