Practise humility, for humility opens the door to patience
Practise patience, for patience opens the door to tolerance
Practise tolerance, for tolerance opens the door to compassion
Practise compassion, for it swings back to humility
Reach within yourself to enrich society
Enrich society and you will enrich yourself
Practise all of these aspects of self and you will know integrity
