Physical
  • Brittle hair and nails
  • Lack of energy
  • Loss of hair on the head
  • Dry skin
  • Bruising
  • Discoloration of the teeth
  • Dizziness and Fainting
  • Sensitive to the cold
  • Poor sleep with early morning wakening
  • Cold hands and feet
  • Amenorrhoea
  • Gastrointestinal symptoms: Constipation, fullness after eating, bloatedness
  • Weak proximal muscles (elicited as difficulty rising from a squatting position)
