A view of the Rock (Sa 13 Oct 2001).
It was a very rainy day, so the pictures are rather gray. This is looking east along the river (upriver).
The boat launch directly upon arrival at the rest area.
Notice mud and debris, as well as the degeneration of the river's bank.
The sign on the river's bank says, "No Littering. It is legal to return all live fish to the water."
The tree branch in the water is often used as a "prime" fishing spot in the area.
Problems occur, however...
