Women's Resource Center at the University of New Mexico was established
in 1971 by a group of campus and community women concerned about a variety
of women's issues. The Center became a focus of feminist activities
in Albuquerque and served to facilitate communication between existing
women's organizations. Today the University of New Mexico's Women's
Resource Center serves primarily UNM students, prospective students,
staff and faculty as well as the Albuquerque community. The Center is
a "point of entry" at which the concerns of UNM women can be handled
directly or referred to the appropriate university or community offices

Center is a safe supportive place to meet, study, relax or just get
