Date: Sunday
Dear Dan:
First: I am sorry if I have have not been "acting as if there is
little prospect of us getting back together". Obviously I must have said something to indicate that I thought the opposite. That was misleading. I assure you I am actively aware of the fact that our relationship is over.
Second: I'm sorry if my sister has said anything ridiculous. You
know she talks a lot and I can't be held accountable.
Third: I do _not_ want you to take me back to Wayne. You have made it more than clear through your silence that you do not even want to be friends. But thank you for the offer.
Fourth: At this point it makes no difference to me what you do on
your weekends. You do not need to explain yourself to me.
Fifth: I am sorry if the last email was rude. My point was that I feel you've made me wait on a variety of things, ranging from your decision to end our relationship to just a simple "yes" or "no" about driving home for Thanksgiving.
Once again, I apologize if my sister has been acting stupidly. I
will have a talk with her when I get home.
