Scenes In the Surrounding Area

This pic was taken from the opposite end of road that intersects mine seen in the sound photos. This is a distance of 3/4 of a mile away from that intersection. Should give you an idea of how large an area can flood in low-level spots.

This shot is taken on a main secondary road near the sound about a mile and a half from my home. ( And yes, the pickup did make it thru. However, he'll probably be paying $125 for a brake job within 3 weeks.)

The house on the right is mine. [Yup, the upper deck is where the My Deck photos were taken from =) ] Crossing the road in front of me is a small Live Oak uprooted by the storm.
