Rules of Conduct

1. Memberships can/will be suspended and terminated at any time for any reason as decided by the guild masters/presidents. These reasons include but are not limited to the promotion or support of racism, cruelty to animals, religious intolerance,  excessive/needless swearing, hacking,  password stealing, and failure to heed warnings from the Over 21 Guild presidents and/or co founders of Club 21 (Guild message board).

2.  

   Guild members must not violate rules stated by neopets.com, which include but is not limited to posting any links to porn, violent, or otherwise inappropriate sites.

3.  

   Guild members should refrain from whining or begging from other guild members at all times.  Requests for items/trade should ONLY be posted on the Yahoo! message boards.  Do NOT spam guild members via neomessage, IM, or via message boards.

4.  

   Guild members, should they be privy to the guild member email list, should never sell any information regarding guild members nor give any information away.  This includes giving away guild information to other guilds.

This list consists of guild members that have been banished from The Over 21 Guild for not conducting themselves accordingly and non-guild members that have been reported as cheating.  Ex-guild members no longer deserve the privileges of membership and should not be allowed to participate in any guild activities.  Any current guild member found "sneaking" a banished member and flaunting Presidential judgement and/or Guild Council rulings will ALSO be stripped of membership. 

Codes :

U = underage and falsified application
P = posting inappropriate messages on the message board or elsewhere
H = hacking/cracking/stealing passwords
L = inappropriate language and behaviour
S = modified their shop to steal from you (i.e. you try to purchase a faerie and instead you get lipstick for 10,000np)
T = known trading thief. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
