Valentines' Day
Valentines' Day is a conspiracy.Thats right, yah. Its a commercialized holiday created to make money. Who benefits from this evil holiday?
--Card companies (Hallmark, etc.).
--Funeral services.
--Coffin sellers/makers.
--Teddy bear/stuffed animal makers.
--Flower shops.
--Chocolate/candy companies.
Card companies are wasting trees to make us buy cards that have no real sentimental value. Anyone could write a message on their own paper.
Teddy bear makers sell teddies to guys who give them to girls. (Preppy girls, mostly.) Anyway, there are over a hundred of those exact same cards and stuffed animals. You aren't the only one who gets one, some other girl might and will have the same thing.
Because single people get depressed, they commit suicide. Therefore, sales in funeral services and coffin sales shoot up.
Flower shops make more money off the roses and bouqets they sell to guys who give them away.
Chocolate or candy companies sell more chocolate in lame heart shaped boxes. Halloween is important, Valentines' Day is not.
I'd rather get a long hand-written personal love letter.
Also, Valentines' Day is actually Singles Awareness Day. Happy SAD! Seriously. It reminds the singles how alone and single they are, hence the funeral services and coffin sales.
