The Joy of Wine
This site is by Terry Garey, author of The Joy of Wine. It is a really great
site with a lot of information for the home winemaker. The book is good, too, and can be
obtained through Amazon.com (in association with The Meadery) by clicking
here.
Patio Garden Vineyard
This site details how the author has created a working vineyard within the limited space
of a backyard, patio garden. The vineyard is only 18' x 4', but it produces enough grapes
to do a 5 gallon batch. Definately an interesting read even if you are not planning on
planting your own vineyard.

Home Wine & Beer Trade Association
The Home Wine & Beer Trade Association is a group of over 400 retailers and
wholesalers from eleven countries. Established in 1979, the association strives to

Winemaking in Southampton
The philosphy of this page is to make a drinkable wine quickly and cheeply.
The methods put forth tend to be somewhat relaxed. This does not mean,
however, that good wine can not be made with these techniques. If you tend
toward a more relaxed state and are not a Type 'A' person who needs to pay
a lot of attention to minute details, this may be just the page for you.
Even if you are a Type 'A' you may find this page interesting, useful, or
enjoyable.
