Brigitte Zaczek/Musician/Photographer/Cat Fancier
Vienna has long brought us treasures of music and art - and this is yet another! Brigitte is a classical
guitarist who has the rare skill of being accomplished on the archlute. Her site, a treat for anyone who
loves music, top notch photography, or cats, is quite enchanting!
One Light
Thera has produced a fascinating site devoted to spirituality, metaphysics,
and philosophy. Enriched with delightful graphics and music, this
site will surely get you to thinking...and that's rare enough, on the Web or
anywhere else!Thera's Truths show a reflective mind and loving spirit that
raises her site beyond mere wizardry.
tara's Page
This lovely sight is not only for those of us who love the faeries, but for anyone
who believes in something, and who is eagre to share it with joy. tara (case sensitive - not a typo!)
has greatly developed this site in recent months. If you've visited her before, but it has been a while,
a return trip is in order!
Realm of TheGodess
TheGodess's realm, beautifully designed and enhanced with lovely music,
ranks among the most peaceful, creative spots on the Internet. Contents are
diverse, often intriguing, and rich in artistic merit and a playful spirit.
Eclectic Renaissance Woman
Kristina displays web wizardry with a combination of wry humour and that "renaissance"
character that is a perfect example of the "class act."
Mighty Grapholina, Goddess of All that is Webfully Artful
Grapholina's site should be a first stop for anyone who is developing a web site - or who wants
to sample the richest of humour. You'll love both her own offerings and the links. Grapholina's Site
is highly original, creative, and fun. Visit the Temple, the Dungeon, etc,
...spots one never expected to find in Silicon Valley! Truly timeless appeal!
The Warped Web
This site simply defines cool! Absolutely top fare!
Useless WWW Pages
"Class" hardly is the intent of the webmaster...but hilarity at the nuttiness
of human nature is the rarest of qualities. Never have I seen another page that left
me laughing until the tears were streaming down my cheeks.
Creative Lounge
So what if it's a little sentimental? This home of the true romantic enriches the Web
with poetry, musical compositions, and a touching illustration of a couple's and
family's love.
Mystic Molly of the Web
The Nostradamus of the Feline World
Gold star to the wry and dry Molly, whose humour has extraordinary excellence. (Superlatives, it must be
remembered, are not lightly bestowed by double Capricorns.) My Leonora always told me that
cats were highly creative souls, and Molly has shown me that they can give their profound
advice with laughter as well.
Legendary Site of the Week
The fascinating collection of resources is an educational, entertaining treat.
Allow plenty of time for a visit to this gem from South Africa.
Who's Been Messin' Up the Bulletin Board?
The Andy Griffith Show
It has been my pleasure to see this fun, creative site evolve from warm entertainment
to web excellence. It's a delightful, nostalgic trip to the Mayberry that even a few
over-educated city "gals" will admit to loving.
Pam's Place on the Web
This highly original spot, created by a nursing student, is rich in content, and especially valuable to those
in the nursing field. Pam also shows much of herself in her pages - don't miss "My Thoughts" and "A Day in the Life"
for an impressive and deep view of her chosen profession, presented with compassion and truth.
FIN Chiritan Birmans
Ulla Nummela, whose experience with HTML spans only seven months,
has created an impressive and delightful page that is an inspiration
to novice Web authors. This page is my Leonora's special choice - if you
love cats, you'll share her enthusiasm! (Leonora always points out to me,
with an aristocratic turn of the paw, that her own kind has insufficient exposure
on the Web.) This gem comes from Finland.
The Gypsy's Parlour
Though the content is not so rich as that of other winners, consisting
largely of links, this site deserves special recognition for its
truly superb design.
The Adventures Continue
Jim Nolt's Tribute to George Reeves
This fellow geocities homesteader has a constantly evolving site that often
shows "reporting" that even Clark Kent would envy.
Seeger's Art
Sondra's showtime is more fun than an old time nickelodeon. Your children
will enjoy this site as much as you do. Come and meet the most lovable mouse since Mickey!
Fantasy Frolics
This magical site will make you expect to see a unicorn around the next bend!
Lady of Passion and Mystery
Diana's poetry, graphics, and other artistic offerings are like a visit to Avalon!
A Year to Remember - With my Mother and Alzheimer's Disease
Brenda Parris's deeply moving site is highly impressive, personal, and valuable. Besides her own journal, story, and poetry, Brenda offers us an excellent
collection of links about Alzheimer's disease.
The Klingon Language Institute
Gold star for the sort of originality that one seldom encounters. Whether linguist or Trekkie, you'll find
this page unbelievable. Live long and prosper! (Sorry - I don't speak Klingon.)
KLE
Try this spot to brush up on your German while you explore the intricacies of teaspoon lore. This highly
original site is superbly designed.
The Corporation
This top notch humour site includes a spoof of awards that even an award nut like myself
had to love. Pay them a visit...and download one of their awards, by all means!
Shadow Run
Avant garde - and those who love top notch graphics fun will especially enjoy Frank Wright's page.
Teri Williams's Land of Enchantment
Teri's own description of her site "says it all": "The site is a creative expression of self - offering free
backgrounds (with instructions on creating your own), original poetry
and artwork, some thoughts, an online baby food cookbook for advance
preparation and storage, and, of course, some links to my friends and an
awards page.."
Elly's Slice of Cyberpie
Lots and lots of writing to ponder!
Absinth's Home Page
Absinth herself describes the site well: Although it is basically designed to share certain personal aspects of
myself with my visitors, there are 'messages' offered, though subtle,
and my intent is to create a friendly place where the wandering web
surfer can relax, have fun, and perhaps turn inwardly for a moment.
Dewald Pretorius's Home Page
Though I rarely present the award to personal home pages, this one serves as an interesting example of one
that combines interesting information with personal details.
Prince Etrigan's "At the Portal"
Do you love games - especially Role Playing? If so, be sure not to miss this site.
On Call Photo
This site, devoted to wedding photography, has an interesting, attractive layout and is MIDI enhanced. It's a nice site
to explore for anyone who is in the photography field or is looking to design a commercial site.
