using Mexican font tube(18) below.
The image was made by adding Blade Pro to the sides
and then Eye Candy Gold Chrome Filter to the centre.

Tube 20 - 2 Fonts - Border 2 & Celtic Pattern, and
was used to design my Welcome Page Border Design.
You will need a program such as
WINZIP to unzip the
tube file to PSP 5.0
How To Install The Tubes:
Unzip the files to a temporary directory.
Open PSP / File / browser / find temp folder containing the tubes.
Double click on the first tube to be installed
Go to FILE / EXPORT / and Export Picture tube.
Fill in the cells across and down.
Cells across and cells down are the number of images
across and the number of rows down
For now leave everything else to default
Give the tube a name and click OK.
All tubes are shown as full
size.
Click on the image to download.
Each tube contains one image.
