This is Jeannie On The Set of the movie, CONTENDER, a movie for tv which hasn't yet aired. The setting for the movie is supposed to be the Capitol in Washington DC, but the take was in Richmond. The Capitol in Richmond is often used as a substitute for the one in DC.The handsome guy on the left is Cliff.
Cliff and Jeannie have been doing "gigs" for commercials and films for years.
