ROAD TO NOWHERE
Living with me
There in the crowd
Of stranger's mystery
    Held a grubby hollow
In my cattled sobriety -
Lyin' with morbid eyes
Too wet to kindle
    Groomin' my despair
In a sardonic flutter.
Ounce of pride, ounce of rage
Gliding over a flame
Of instant raillery.
    Scrumble to evenin' dust.
Standin' at the door way
Fear of lonesome bell
    Derides an avid dream
And my plaque of moments
Yells for radiant sky
    In eerie silence
Of twilight shimmer.
Thru the clouds
Space between a heaven and
distant frolic
    Every queue is splitted
    In my memory quake,
Tearin' my road to nowhere.
