Pip 'n Squeak

Our names are Pip 'n Squeak, newest members of the Thiel household. We were born around the time of June 5th 1998 and Mom picked that date to celebrate as our birthdays from now on because seems this is also my "sister's" birthday.

Mom really wanted us bad, so bad that she was willing to fly all the way from San Francisco to Phoenix just to pick us up from a wonderful breeder, Jan. She brought us to the airport so we could start getting acquainted with our new Mom a little sooner and it was wonderful. It was very hard for Jan to let us go because we were such good birds and she was getting Very attatched to us.

We left 3 brothers and one sister behind, that was hard. We visited with Kiwi, Karyn's little parrotlet and the humans ordered out pizza altho us birds had to eat yucky seeds.

Everyone in the airport and on the plane were amazed by us...nobody sees much of parrotlets these days. We are truly special.

Met BB, our new brother, the next morning and that was kinda scary 'cause we didn't know there was going to be anybody else but he's showing us the ropes so it's ok. Guess that's about it for now but mom has taken some pictures so they will be popping up soon, we hope!
