1-Mar-03--*sigh*--threw in some new quotes today....calculus, earth, psychology, all falling apart for me...back to studying....

16-Feb-03-- I should never be allowed to own a diary.  Two weeks between entries?  Talk about slacking off.  Well, uh, I have some good excuses for doing so.  The main one being, of course, mid-terms.  Right.  All the studying that I didn't do took time away from updating this page.  Anyway, I think that I did pretty well in calculus and circuits.  Neither statics nor earth had a midterm; they had quizzes spread throughout the term to alleviate the stress.  Statics went well, but I really hit rock-bottom with earth.  Gotta study those rocks.... Programming is tomorrow and psych is in a week.  *Sigh* back to studying....Co-op is adding more stress to my life.  For those who are unfamiliar with the structure, simply stated there are two phases for applications to jobs, the initial, more structured phase, and the latter helter-skelter phase known as the continuous phase.  Guess where I am now.  24 applications, 23 rejections and one undecided.  Back to the drawing board....Hope everyone had a great Friday!....To wrap it up, I had a pretty good weekend.  Saw Daredevil on Saturday with one of my good friends.  Leafs and Raptors both pulled out tough victories, while spring training began for the Jays.  Great to see both Gary Roberts and Vinsanity back with their respective line-ups.

5-Feb-03--  Wow, has it been that long since I've updated this?  Well, nothing major, just fiddling with a quote in the photo gallery and temporarily removing the background music.  Been sick, not fun...

21-Jan-03--  Geez, 11 hours of class really take it out of you....Had a discussion with PSYCH 101 Professor Richard Ennis on the psychological side of magic; seems really cool.  Those who've I've messed around with their brain, beware....As soon as the GAFF lab's scanner is fixed, I'm going to upload some pictures.  I plan to have Mr. Turner's wedding photos up the first round; anyone have any suggestions for others?....TagBoard's somehow down, I don't know what went wrong...hopefully it'll be back up soon....This is totally irrelevant, but I'm going to say it anyway: I'm going to add a Dilbert subsection to the Quotes page later...somehow it just sooo applies...

17-Jan-03--  Got the TagBoard up (thanks, amphetamine).  Go on, post a message!  Respect yourself though please; I'm aiming this site for all age ranges....Got my RezNet back.  Apparently Kazaa is now blacklisted.  *Sigh*.  Back to finding new sources of music....I've got comments to start a joke section, do something magical, and upload some real pictures (someone (who should have remained anonymous but I just said their name--sorry Simon!)  said that the cat somehow doesn't relate to me: I don't think so either).  Having said that, there's finally something there (Photo Gallery) that's not the default pictures.  I have to figure out what I'm going to do about the Feedback page too.  Anything else?

16-Jan-03--  Well, found out why my net connection isn't working; UW blocked Kazaa...gonna go repair it tomorrow....Next up: why is my computer so slow?

15-Jan-03--  Added an e-mail to the quotes section.  Looked up co-op jobs *yawn*.  Back to work...

14-Jan-03--  Updated the quotes section.  Wrestled with my comp for about 2 hours since leaving psych 101.  Not fun.  Random crashes, no cable connection, dialup inconsistent...I can see why Microsoft Works is an oxymoron...

10-Jan-03--  Does anyone know of a free host that supports FrontPage Extensions?  I'm sure that it's possible to do the same things with HTML or CSS or something like that, but I prefer to skip the hassle.  Thanks if you know....Today was a hectic day, even with the shortened lab.  Had NO lunch today, because the computers in HELIX refused to load my resume properly for me (for those not in UW, there was a resume critiquing service offered today and on Monday; better to come up with something now than to do it on Monday with 400+ other students requiring the same service).  By the time I got to the building, it was time for the Statics tutorial.  Then it was on to Earth Sciences' organizational meeting.  Had I known that they would randomly assign sessions, I would have skipped it.  I was finally able to get my bus tickets after that class, then rushed home to pack.  To use the sarcastic phrase of my friend from London, "Oh yay, what joy..."....The About Me section has a new intro, a blurb of my background.  New Quotes are also up....As this site will mainly consist of text, sections that are updated, other than this main page, will have the New End New. markers, for those who don't want to read the same stuff over and over while I continually revise it....This website stuff is strangely addictive :P

9-Jan-03-- Just a note; I've noticed that the Feedback section has been hit several times.  The Feedback section DOES NOT WORK.  I should have pointed this out earlier; my apologies.  Those who tried to send stuff and didn't go through, you can e-mail the comments directly to me through my hotmail account.  Thanks.

8-Jan-03--  Worked on the Interests section, trying to come up with stuff I could put there.  Shout outs in the About Me Section.  Created the Quotes section too.  In general, though, still under construction....  For the first time in over half a year, I'm actually ahead of schedule for my class; I read the next assignment for Digital Computation.  Wow.  Reality should be kicking in soon....  Classes ended early today, so I went to get some refunds (more $$!!) and looked for scholarships.  Walking around the campus really takes it out of you....  Any suggestions to where I should put the following declaration?

7-Jan-03--  As you can tell, this is a template from Microsoft FrontPage 2002.  So sue me.  Better do it quick, before I take a law degree... :P  To save you the time and confusion, the only thing that is personalized is the Favourites section.  And currently there's not much there.  I'll keep trying to update the whole thing though.  If you really have nothing better to do, check back frequently.  If not, I'm sure Patrick would spam you when he feels it is worth your while.  :D  Anyone who wants to help can approach him.  As we all know, he needs all the help he can get...
