The local drama group puts on a show in the winter which is always well worth a look.

Little Jack Horner

In 2001 due to the foot and mouth restrictions the Panto 'Little Jack Horner' was postponed to April. It was a great success and Siobhan O Brien skills as a Directer were once again shown to be flawless. Many local characters gave ther time and two performances were greated with calls for an encore.

Old Mother Hubbard

It wasn't long till preparations began on a second Panto and 'Old Mother Hubbard' was selected. Once again this turned out to be a great success with four performances given on the Christmas week. Less said about the antics of some of the mature members of the cast the better as 'Young' Hughie had to be on his gaurd in the pub scene on the final night.

This year the Drama group put on "Sinbad the Sailer" on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of January in the Communitty center. It is was a big success with Five shows put on to cater for the huge crowds that wanted to see it. .

It runs in the family

This December the group is producing Ray Conney's 'It runs in the family'. This is a hysterical play which will be run on the for four nights.
