All we need to start is a group of free tools, that we are going to introduce while we use them.

This time we are focusing on the fundaments of Windows architecture; needed concepts in order to write applications that behave properly toward system.
Tutorial 4: Files 4 FILES:
Working with files is a must for computer programming. We will learn how to work with them based on working examples. We will give also a brief view to file system concepts.
