This pic shows my mill on top of a 50 litre plastic drum. The drums have snug fitting lids and I use them to store my stock of malt. I also use it to directly grind the malt into. Milling your own malt certainly adds to the fun of brewing and its nice to have that extra bit of control on the process. I stop well short of malting my own barley though !
