Started today with a few new sections; Modifications,

News.
In the Modifications section I'll note the changes to this site so that old readers can go
directly to the areas where the content has been updated. In the
Links
section I'm compiling all of the relevant URLs that are somewhat related to this site.
And in the
News
section I'm compiling the important news with regard to the equipment and organisation of
the Latin American military organisations.
