1) Capture the Congo, put all your armies in it. The average
attacking force needed to take this country, in my experience, has always
been at least three times what the defender has.
2) Suddenly leave the Congo after 2 rounds and make a mad, vicious
dash for North America and whoever controls it. Leave at least four
armies in the Congo, though.
3) While everyone is concentrating on your idiocy in America, take
your stockpiled force in Iceland(every good RISK player has one) and
sweep down over Europe.
4) By now the other players will be defending in so many places
that taking Africa, Europe, South America, and most of Asia should be
easy. You know what to to from here.
