ok now when you are typing your text make sure you stay in this part of the table. As you fill up this part of the table be careful because if you make this part of the table too big it will make the menu on the sort of blow up. If that happens to freak out just delete some of you text and readjust the table.

what you want to do is fill up this part of the table and then jump out of the table - go below it and finish typing your text. Because this table consists of two columns. The graphic on the left is in one column and this text is in another. If you fill this up and hit enter too many times you are resizing the columns and the graphic on the left gets resized too but what happens it is gets messed up. So once you fill this part up just start typing below (out of the table) and you can type as much as you want.
