It is time again for our Spring Bulk Plant Buy from Bluestone. We offer this service both Spring and Fall. Bluestone mails out catalogs for the Srping only, so you should have saved yours if you plan to order. Call 1-800-852-5243 and get one from Bluestone is you have not received one, but for any other question, call or email me.
Our cost this year will be 25% off the retail price listed in the catalog. There is a shipping charge of $12.95 per mailing address,or $15.99 if the order is above $150, plus a $2 per person handling charge that I keep. List the full catalog price for each item line by line and then multiply the plant total by 0.75 when you get to the bottom. PLEASE NOTE THE PERPLANNED GARDENS ON THE LAST PAGE, THE DOZEN PRICE ON GROUNDCOVERS AND ANYTHING BLUESTONE CALLS HARDGOODS,IF YOU ORDER THEM THEY ARE FULL PRICE. You can't use any coupons Bluestone may have sent you, OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANY ONLINE SPECIALS.
Bluestone allows us this terrific deal in exchange for only having to deal with one big order. You send your order and check to Karen (check made out to Karen). To maximize savings, get together with other members and combine orders. This way the order can be sent to one person in the group and only one shipping charge is paid. Each person still pays the individual $2 handling charge . If you send in a group order, please send Karen a separate listing (not necessarily on the Bluestone Order Sheet) that allows her to know what each member is ordering within the group order. This facilitates in case replacements/refunds are needed.
Each order and any replacements will be sent directly to you (or one of you if you order with someone). If you do not receive all the plants on the Bluestone invoice, or if they are received in poor condition and die immediately, you need to contact Karen at once for a refund, or for a replacement if Bluestone is still shipping. Do not call Bluestone yourself for anything other than catalogs. Karen will pay you directly for dead or missing plants or coordinate for you with Bluestone for any replacements. There are no guarantees or replacements after this initial time. As last year, no backorders.
YOUR ORDERS ARE DUE TO KAREN BY 20 FEBRUARY. They will be shipped to you at your designated shipping date, if you designate one. Members who chose their own shipping date have been pleased with this option. Bluestone will be shipping around the 1ST of March , weather permitting. Please make checks out to Karen.
Reminder: Mums and ornamental shrubs and some other plants are only available for Spring shipping. See catalog.
