Mrs. Beckett is a lover of flowering plants and set out to do away with mowing the yard in favor of providing beauty to the neighborhood in the way of numerous flowering plants and shrubs. Mrs. Barbara Wichman, employed by the Washington towers accepted the challenge of providing landscaping for one of the most unique projects for this housing authority and is to be commended for her dedication in enhancing the beauty of the towers for the many residents living there to enjoy.
