Registration and Set-Up

Registration and Set-Up will follow the same plan as usual. Set out your plants, on top of the table. Please label any free plants clearly and put on the free tables. Keep the area underneath the table for plants that you will have traded for during the swap and wish to keep. Grab some continental breakfast, and start meandering. Check out plants others have brought and what you would like to trade for. After the Swap starts, if the person you wish to trade with is busy, please be sure to sign her IOU sheet listing your table number and number of plants you are taking so that she will know who "owes" her a plant. All tables will have numbers, and those that wish to have IOU sheets will have them posted on top.

TIP from Jean Bruce: Use mailing labels for signing IOU's.

Please share all your joy about the club with your friends and remember to invite a guest to share your table.

Your Attention Please
We have changed and improved the IOU sheets and added a "want that plant" list.
1. Make sure you have put your name and phone number on top of your IOU sheet. Go sign in and tell the sign in person your table number.
2. As you browse (before the swapping begins) there will be a "want that plant" sheet. This will let the plant owner know how many people would like a certain plant she has brought.
3. As you sign IOU sheets this time, put only your table number and number of plants you are taking. This will take less time. You will have to know your table number this year to sign IOU sheets.
