The Perish is
about alien intervention with humans on Earth. This
new group of intellectual and multi-talented individuals have
come together from different backgrounds and cultural beliefs.
They have produced a new theatre show, combining live
musicianship, drama and the latest electronic technologies.
The
group's founders, Jeff Noyes and Christine Battiston have
incorporated a live stage show displaying myths of aliens and
related earth-based senarios. Both are extremely knowledgeable in
science and religion and sought out new ways to combine and share
their theories to the public through a new medium ..... a live
theatre with original music.
Fortunately,
with the growing number of people out there who research about
ETs, information is easy to find. Everyone has at least one UFO
story to share!
The
members put a hard effort in planning and performingThe Perish at
The Royal Theatre in Victoria and they independently promoted and
financed the premier show and gained local support. Their show On
May 24th 2003, consisted of five performers: David Skammer,
Sonali Perera, Alex Garcia, and music by Christine Battiston and
Jeff Noyes.
"
The response was overwhelming ", says Battiston after
experiencing the crowd's reaction to the issues dramatized on
stage, "I must admit that more and more individuals are
attracted to learning about the mysteries mankind knows little
about."
