History

Shelled in a wild clutch that was brought to the Mage Guild, Tyrae has had a rather interesting life.

She has seen many wonders brought about by magic, and has had up to two or three flights by this time, resulting in healthy clutches that have been given to various individuals.

She has only been bonded to Aylitan for three years now, and only had one or two mishaps happen to her, but other than that her life has been uneventful.

Spring's Return Egg

Spring's first leaves dot this egg with a leafy pattern that criss-crosses itself many times over. Verdant shades of life burst into being, as small white blossoms make themselves known here and there upon the egg's emerald surface. A crown of daisies adorns the 'top' of this merry egg. Is an equally crowned fire-lizard inside? Time will tell.

Hatching Message

Hair-line cracks begin to form all over the surface of this egg. Suddenly a beak shoves one of the blossoms out of it's way, nostrils flaring as the beast within takes its first breath. The beak is withdrawn, however, before any color can be seen, but before any guesses can be made the egg suddenly shatters into a thousand leafy pieces to reveal Verdant Spring Green Hatchling!

Verdant Spring Green Hatchling

Verdant shades of emerald swirl around her knob-less head, carving her muzzle into a deadly beak. Her eyes are set into ridged sockets, faint bumps attesting to horns that very well might come into being. Her neck is long, and serpentine, lithe, beautiful, and deadly all in the same instant. Her neck flows into a set of strong shoulders, which in turn flow into suede wings of spring green. Pun intended. Her wings are just the right size for her, and when spread are suggestive of broad leaves. Her neck and back have no ridges, and her tail is without adornment as well, save for the spade that ends the roiling flow of muscle and bone.

Bonding Message

Verdant Spring Green Hatchling pauses, and the very air seems to stand still, her leaf sails stilling. She turns suddenly, and promptly marches right over to Aylitan. After all, spring should be enjoyed while it lasts!

Current Description

Verdant shades of emerald swirl around her knob-less head, carving her muzzle into a deadly beak. Her eyes are set into ridged sockets, a ridge of small horns surrounding and protecting both eyes. Her neck is long, and serpentine, lithe, beautiful, and deadly all in the same instant. Her neck flows into a set of strong shoulders, which in turn flow into suede wings of spring green. Her wings are just the right size for her, and when spread are suggestive of broad leaves. Her neck and back have no ridges, and her tail is without adornment as well, save for the spade that ends the roiling flow of muscle and bone.

Personality

Verdant Spring Green Hatchling is energetic! And high-strung. But with time she will settle down, though perhaps not much, but enough that she won't be bouncing off the walls every morning! She is easily spooked, especially in situations where she cannot see, and will take firm reprimanding to get her under control. She will most likely cling to your shoulder as a vine clings to a tree, seeking your support in everything. Even the minor things. Expect her flights to be... interesting.

Miscellaneous

The only miscellanous information about her is the fact that those bumps under her skin will indeed become horns. She will have her own tiny mountain range around each eye, protecting it from striking claws--in mating flights or out. She will gain no other adornment other than that, and will remaim unmarked by aging for many years before she finally dies.
