Background

A background is what graphic is what looks like wallpaper on your page. The background on this page is Usagi and ChibiUsa, and ChibiUsa is holding a ball of light in her hands. Got it? Good.

Banner

A banner is something that you can give to other pages to advertise your webpage. They're linked back to your page so other people can get there. Here's an example of a banner:

If you need help coding your banner, tell me so in the section where I ask you if you have anything else to say.

Button

A button works kind of like a banner, but it helps visitors navigate your webpage. The following image is a button that would bring your visitor back to your main page:

If you need help coding your button(s), tell me so in the section where I ask you if you have anything else to say.

Image Map

An image map is a clickable image. Your visitors are allowed to click on an object in the picture instead of clicking on a text link to get somewhere. (It's very helpful to give a guide as to what to click to get where.) Click here to see a sample image map. Don't worry about coding, that's what this is all about. I'll send you the coding, but YOU must supply the picture, and the general areas that you want to be clickable links (ie--ChibiUsa's face-->ChibiUsa's Page).

Awards

These are little images with words on them that serve as webpage awards. People can go to your page and apply for them (and if you have a very popular page, the process of giving these awards out can get a bit tedious...) Click here to see some of the awards I've made and give out.
