5.Jetting
|
Scrambler 500 the formula is 155x.85=131.75.
However, there is not a jet this size so I went with a 135. For a Dyno Jet use a 138 and readjust your needle to the second notch. Needle adjustment is for dyno jets only don't adjust stock needles. |
Jetting
|
For jetting for Colorado multiply your stock jet size by .85
For a Dyno Jet get a jet that is 4 smaller than the one they
sent you, they will give it to you for free. Be sure to adjust your needle on your Dyno Jet. |
1.Brakes
|
Do the same thing as done for the Polaris
|
2.Jetting
|
300EX the formula is 122x.85=103.7
However there is not a jet this size so go with a 102
|
Problem: Fly wheel is scraping the plastic cover.

2. If still scraping replace the plastic cover.

Tires
|
If you are changing your tires but don't want to spend $20 a tire
to have it done this how to do it at home.
1. Put 1/2 lbs of pressure in your tire
2. Hit tire with a sledge harmer as close to your tire as you can .
Be sure not to hit your rims, you might want to take a few practice swings before doing this. Use caution while doing this. This sounds fare fetched but it will work. |
