Chip was our first rescue dog. Creme, our 4 year old Sheltie, died from an epileptic seizure on Christmas Eve morning. Three days later, we called Marylee Jones of Three Rivers Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater Pittsburgh Sheltie Rescue to find out if there were any rescue Shelties available. She said that there was one in Beaver Falls. She asked that, even if we didn't want him, could we bring him back to Pittsburgh? When Jay got to the shelter, they told Jay that Chip was incorrigible and that he didn't like men. They brought him out and he came over and sat on Jay's foot. He is the most timid soul. He lets all the other dogs walk all over him.
