'Darby' is our foundation bitch. She is a very feminine, typey, liver girl that brings new meaning to the word bitch. She rules the roost with an iron paw.
Versitility is Darby's middle name. She has titles in agility, flyball, retrieving, road trials and obedience. She has also won her agility class (Novice A, Open A and Excellent A) every year she has competed at DCA. Never one to let moss grow on her, at 8 years of age she actively competes in all of these sports. Her future goals include tracking.

Darby finished her American Championship with 4 majors! She has many group placements in Canada and has been recognized for her conformation by respected judges who have awarded her Best of Opposite Sex and Best Brood Bitch at the 1997 DCC National Specialty, BOW & BOS at the 1998 Mid-Florida Dalmatian Specialty, an Award of Merit as a Veteran at the Georgia Dal Specialty and 1st in the Open Liver Class at the 1997 and 2000 DCA National Specialty.
In 1996, Darby became a proud mother of six puppies, sired by Am/Cdn Ch Woodwynd's Ursa Major. We're very proud of the accomplishments these puppies have made. Three of them have achieved their Canadian Championships, a fourth needs just one point to finish, and two of them have achieved their American Championships as well. Obedience, agility and road trials are also a part of her puppies lives, proving that she is passing those versatility genes onto her kids.
Darby grandkids will continue in her pawsteps. We expect excellence in conformation and performance out of these puppies.
