Q: Is the Hydro Cell easy to install? Can I install it myself ?
A: The Hydro Cell is easy to install. With the complete easy to follow installation instructions that are included with your kit, the installation process should take around an hour to an hour and a half. If you run into any problems simply call our installation support line and we will be glad to assist you.
Q: How much would it cost me to have a mechanic install this?
A: Installation to your vehicle can be EASILY done by any good mechanic, or by yourself. Mechanics we have found out, like the idea and respond well once they see the installation instructions. Installation depends very much on your vehicle and the hourly rate of your mechanic. However we can estimate your installation cost between $20 and up to $100 Your mechanic will see how simple it is to install, and in most cases will quote you for one hour of labor.
Q: My car doesn’t have much space under the hood, Where can I install the Hydro Cell?
A: There is always some place a unit can be installed. For instance, the Ford Focus has no room under the hood, either, but a unit can be (and has been) installed outside of and below the engine compartment, in front of the right wheel well. Sometimes it takes a bit of creativity to find a location, but it will be worth it in the long run!
Q: Will the Hydro Cell system still work in freezing temperatures?
A: So far to date we have not found a car that the system has not worked on, But of course we have not tried it on every vehicle yet.
Q: How will this affect my engines horsepower?
A: You will notice a big difference… The Hydro Cell will help not only eliminate carbon deposits caused by unburned gasoline - but will actually steam-clean your engine. Over the first few days you will notice that your engine will become smoother and quieter, then it will level off at a new level! The water changes the combustion cycle into a more even or "round" cycle. This happens immediately upon installation, and from that moment on, your engine works in a new way. The effect is not only less noise, it's also less vibration, resulting in reduced strain on the transmission (thus smoother gear shifts), cleaner pistons and valves, and generally better engine operation. The Hydro Cell actually cools down the engine. The Hydro Cell System widens the torque range and makes the vehicle accelerate faster. After acceleration, you don't have to press the gas pedal as much to keep going. Imagine yourself seeing, hearing and feeling the changes described above happening in your very own car or truck. A: Yes... The Hydro Cell is designed to operate in all weather conditions. Add 12 ounces of a de-natured alcohol mix with your water solution, this will prevent the Hydro Cell from freezing up during freezing temperatures.
Q: Will the Hydro Cell system still work in freezing temperatures?
