All about blueberries...
- The blueberry of the genus Vaccinium, is a native American
species. In fact the blueberry is one of the few fruits native to
North America.
- Blueberry juice was used to treat coughs. The juice also made
an excellent dye for baskets and cloth.
- Blueberries were also used for medicinal purposes along with the
leaves and roots.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common among women: More than half
of all women experience at least one UTI in their lifetime. And while
there is no truly definitive reason why some women get UTIs and why the
recurrence of the infection accumulates in the same women, researchers
sought out to determine tools in which UTIs could be prevented.

flax seeds |
