All about guava...
- Excellent source of vitamin C. Good source of fiber.
- Soft, pale yellow skins with pink flesh. Sweet aroma.
Smaller ones are best.
- Guavas are very delicate — handle with care. Cut in half and
remove flesh with a spoon. The seeds are edible.
Additional Information for banana:
Raw: use for dessert sauces, juice, sorbets. Good with a spritz
of lime juice. Cooked: use for jam.
