A provincial lass with a dream to become either a dancer or a television host has virtues that happen not to include a keen mind. She makes a promise to her dying mother to bring back her long lost sister who ran away from home out of insecurity and jealousy. Her search gets her to the city where she goes through harsh realities. She finds work as a nanny, encounters a cop who saves her life in an accident and ends up entangled with a crime syndicate whose big boss is the one woman in the world who hates her most.
