Multi-awarded Phillip Salvador stars in this film shot by Carlos Siguion-Reyna in fulfillment of his thesis requirement for a film degree at New York University. Tackling immigration issues, it centers around a Filipino TNT in The Big Apple. The film was the winner for the narrative category in the 1989 Films of College and University Students Award in the United States.
