There is not so much to be said for this town except that it had some very prettily painted houses. When we hit town we were met by soldiers with wepons at the ready. They checked us very carefully to make sure we were not the Colombian guerrillas who had taken the town for a few days a while back. Our guides told us not to discuss our plans with the locals as it was considered almost a sin here not to rob naieve travellers on the trail.
