In Philippines you find any kind of fish and seafood. The King Prawns are the specialty here in Cebu Island together with crabs, squids, octopus and a big variety of shells like mussels, clams and oysters.

The other specialty are rope to recipes of meat, pork and chicken over all. If you like fruits, you will be surprise to touch here the paradise: here there are twenty different kind of banana, and the mango of Cebu Island is the most sweet and in demand from all Asian market.

Roxy Bar & Italian Restaurant of Panagsama Beach, Moalboal, serves only fresh seafood and fish just caught. The cook there is called Rosa and she is very famous in this area for her touch in the kitchen. Roxy Restaurant also serve pizza and you can find in the menu some interesting dishes of Italy: homemade gnocchi and a choice of pasta and spaghetti. The Japanese Sashimi and the Filipino Kinilaw are always available and made with fresh yellow fin tuna.

Philippines are located from the tropic to the equator line. It is important you know that all the people in the world living on this line is slow and relax, because of the hot and because they had from the older by instinct. The beer most famous is S.Miguel. You can find in three different kind, available in any place: Pilsner, Red Horse and Lite. The Philippines people like to drink and get drunk with foreigner tourists talking about the sea or about the art of fishing, or playing billiard in a pool table.
