Managers Club Inc. was formed in 1977 by young and enterprising managers with an initial membership base of thirty (30). The Articles of Incorporation and By - Laws of the Club now known as the constitution and By - Laws of the MCI was formulated on August 22, 1977 by the interim officers lead by the Wilson Morrell, acting President, Jose C. Marcito, acting Secretary and energetic Managers composed of:

The first set of elected officers of the Club, which was held at Max’s Restaurant on November 18, 1977, is as follows:
	President - Benjamin R. Raquel Santos Vice President - Wilson Morrell Secretary - Jose C. Marcito Treasurer - Bienvenido P. Nakpil Auditor - Armando M. Dela Fuente Asst. Secretary - Manuel P. Sanchez Asst. Treasurer - Antonio O. Diangson Asst. Auditor - Archimedes R. Flores Public Relations Officer - German Umali
The pioneer MCI officers were inducted into office by Hon. Estelito P. Mendoza, Solicitor General of the Philippines on December 14, 1977. The pioneer of Incorporation and By – Laws of MCI was registered and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 21, 1978.
