Tastes and Nutrition

Some said that we should realize that food nutrition is more important than food tastes. But, I think food tastes are very important too. You should avoid eating greasy, salty and sugary meals because they have too much fat, salt and sugar which can cause many diseases such as high blood pressure, kidney problems and diabetes. The tastes of food can show some nutrition of food, so you should be aware of the tastes too.

Best choices

I think you might be bored me because I always recommended you to avoid eating many delicious fast foods such as French fries, fried chicken, fried fish, cheese, regular salad dressing, hotdog, ham and burn skin of grilled chicken. But, I didn't mean you must not eat them. You can even eat them everyday if you eat small ones. It would be better if you didn't eat them often.  "And, what should I eat?", you might ask me. I am very willing to tell you. Although I don't want to specify many fast foods' names because there are so many types of fast foods in the world, I would like you to know the conclusion of the best choices of fast food to eat.


Should eat

- baked, grilled and boiled fast food instead of fried fast food.

- low-fat fast food instead of high fat fast food.

- extra fresh vegetables and fruits.

- smaller portions, but it?s up to your daily activity or your burning calories. If your activities use many calories such as running activity, eat a little bigger portion but don?t eat too big one or Super- sized.

- fast foods, which have moderated tastes instead of salty, sugary or greasy fast food.

- fish, chicken or beef instead of ham, hotdog or bacon.

Should add fresh salad with fat-free salad dressing and try to remember moderation and variety in a day.

If you couldn't follow all recommendation I said, please follow the last recommendation I will say. You should balance fast food meals with other food, exercise more often, or go to see a doctor to check your health more often. However, I believe you can follow my advice if you want to be a healthy one.
