6. Jess Wilson JONES was born on 29 March 1906 in Oakvale, Mercer County, West Virginia. On the 1910 Census he lived in Matooka, Rocky District, Mercer County, West Virginia. By the 1920 Census the family had moved to Muddy Creek Road, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. He was married to Fannie Svillia THOMPSON on 8 October 1937 in Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. After an extended illness with Alzheimer's Disease, he died on 6 November 1994 in Laurel, Prince George's County, Maryland and was returned to Alderson Cemetery, Alderson, Greenbrier County, West Virginia for burial on 11 November 1994.
