Eastern Monroe Public Library Hughes Building 1002 N. 9th St., Stroudsburg, PA 18360
Directions To Hughes Library (from their web site) From the East: Follow I-80 west across New Jersey and the Delaware River (there is a toll of $1.00 or two tokens to cross). Travel north past the Stroudsburg exits to the exit for Bartonsville. At the top of the exit ramp, remain in the right hand lane so that you can turn right (south) on 611 and drive for two miles into Stroud Township. Go through three traffic lights past the Stroud Mall on the left. The library entrance is on the left, just past the Midas Muffler sign. From the Lehigh Valley and Points South: Follow Route 33 North to Bartonsville. Exit right onto Route 611 South. At the top of the exit ramp main in the right hand
lane so that you can turn right (south) on 611.
Drive three miles, through four traffic
