Gyarados
- The first Mankey you see isn't for pictures, it's to help
you get Gyarados. Make a Magikarp come out of the water near
the Mankey with some Pokémon Food or a Pester Ball. The Magikarp
will flop over to Mankey, who will hit it over the hill. Later,
when you see it again, hit it with a Pester Ball and it will
flop into the water. Magikarp will evolve into Gyardos and
come out spew water. Get a good shot of this.
Squirtle - At the begging of the stage watch for the brown
turtle shells that float in front of the Zero-One. Hit them
with Pester Balls to make them get on to the shore. Throw
some Pokémon Food to make them happy or use the pokeflute.
Geodude - Hit Geodude with a Pester Ball while it's hanging
on the rock. It will fall down for a nice face photo.
Graveler - When you knock a Geodude to the ground, a Graveler
will also fall. Take a picture right after it falls for the
most points. Or... When you see three hanging from the rocks,
play the Poké Flute to make them fall and do a dance.
Sandshrew
- If you've knocked down a Geodude, the Snadshrew won't go
underground. Give them some Pokémon Food for the best shot.
Sandslash
- After you've made the two Geodude and the Graveler fall
down, a Sandslash will come up from underground.
Dragonite - Throw four Pester Balls into the whirlpool to
make Dragonite come out of the water. Dragonite will only
hover for a few seconds, so take pictures fast.
Staryu
- When you see a Staryu, take a picture of it because other
it will fly away. It will then circle around you and follow
you down the river. Take many pictures as it spins around
you to get a good one.
Starmie - The Staryu that follow down the river to the whirlpool
will dive into the water and evolve into Starmie. Take a picture
quickly before it flies away.
Dratini
- Throw some Pokémon Food into the water at the start of the
stage just before the first bend to get a Dratini to flop
out of the water.
Mankey - If you shot Squirtle on the other side of the hill
and hit Mankey, he will be waiting for you around the bend.
Hit him with a Pester Ball for the best picture.
Goldeen - At the beginning and the end of the stage, sometimes
when you throw Pokémon Food into the water, instead of a Magikarp
coming out of the water, a Goldeen will. Be ready to snap
a picture quickly.
Magikarp
- Throw some Pokémon Food into the water almost anywhere to
make a Magikarp come out of the water.
Opening the next path: If you hit the
Mankey down from it's high perch by hitting the Squirtle just
right with some Pokémon Food or a Pester Ball, Mankey will
fall down near a red button. Hit Mankey will a Pester Ball
as you come around the bend to knock Mankey onto the button,
opening the path to a hidden lake -- and a new mission from
