YURII, AGE 54, has been using fasting therapy last 30 years. Longest singular fasting 24 days. Strongest fasting undertaken: 10 +10+24 days.
His first fasting Yurii did 31 year ago at the age 23. He was relatively healthy that time but his friend Edik was fasting to cure himself from radiation damage and Yura tried fasting as well. This experience helped him much later.

    At the age of 34 Yurii fell down from several meters height and severely damaged his brain. The diagnosis was brain shock with internal brain gematome(Xrays examination showed 5cm gematome deep inside the brain). The brain shock resulted in strong thinking disability. Now any thinking effort brought to Yurii severe headache. Doctors said that the case was inoperable and that Yurii had to apply for disability allowance.
   Being professional mathematician Yurii could not accept life without thinking. He undertook the following series of fastings: 10 days/14+ 10days/14+ 24days/40. Here first number is days of fasting and second one- days of recovery diet. All these procedures took him about 4 months. By the end of 5th month Yurii felt no disability, no pain, no difficulty in thinking and no sign of the brain shock at all.

To day Yura is 54 years old, 20 years after that brainshock he is still working with his brains. He is fasting 1~2 times a year for ~10 days. The recovery technique that Yura has been using after his fasting is the protein recovery diet described below.





EDUARD DUBMAN's story.
    I want to introduce my friend to the fastinite public. Eduard Dubman, 67 years young. Has performed 79 fasting experiments in his life. The longest fasting was 36 days. Eduard was familiar with prof. Y.Nikolaev and was under observation in his laboratory. Geologist,yoga coach, alpinist, Eduard at the age 58 walked 600km during his 11 days fasting in summer Israel over Jordan Valley with +45 C day temperatures. In 1999, at the age 63 , while fasting Eduard climbed 2nd mountaintop of the world- Acoungaru in Argentina, where he came on foot from Santjago, Chile carrying all his equipment in his backpack over +40 degrees argentinian heat. But it's not all these achievements that I want to introduce my friend for . It's the beginning of his way that brings my attention and respect to this man.
34 years ago Eduard Dubman was dying.

   Laboratory accident resulted in internal contamination of his body with radioactive tullium . The fact of contamination was detected too late for the doctors to be able to do anything about it. Too late. The case was inoperable, the radiation damaged Eduard's body from inside-in the very gentle parts of the body- through intestine, through stomach, through throat – the contamination spread all over the soft tissues of his body.
At the age of 33 having been full of energy, having had great physical and intellectual potential Edik was dying. He lost his teeth, his hair fell off as well, numerous damages in to the intestine resulted in nonstop diarrhea, tumors started to grow inside his throat and Eduard lost his voice. Four surgeries performed on his throat – the only place the doctors found possible to operate- helped really little. Medical prognosis was that he had 2 to 6 months to live – depending on how strong his genetic heritage was.
It was good luck of him that Eduard turned to fasting as the therapy tool. That time Eduard didn't have any serious literature on fasting therapy, books of H.Shelton were not available in Russia and the book of Prof. Nikolaev wasn't published yet. Based on little information from the book of Suvorin Eduard started his first fastings.
4 years later Eduard came to the Institute of Professions Pathology and was found free of radioactive contamination. Not only clean and alive he was, but more than that - he was in a very good health. His teeth and his hair didn't grow anew, but the rest of his body was healthy. To day Eduard is absolutely healthy and has 2 more children age 21 and 20 and who were born after that unfortunate laboratory accident that happened to him in 1969. As the result of his fasting therapy experiments Eduard turned to protein recovery. Since 1979 Eduard has been using the protein recovery technique described below.

Sample protein recovery diet after 10 and more days of fasting:


1. Dinner(5~7pm): 3-7 eggs*/nonfat chicken**(200-500g), boiled white cabbage(optional).
2. Breakfast (~morning): white nonfat cheese***, 200g/ 2-4 eggs,
3. Lunch: white cabbage, boiled
4. Dinner(5~7pm): 3-7 eggs/nonfat chicken(200-500g)/nonfat beef/pork****
5. Breakfast (~morning): white nonfat cheese***, 200g/ 2-4 eggs,
6. Lunch: white cabbage/broccoli/flower cabbage, boiled
7. Dinner(5~7pm): 3-7 eggs*/nonfat chicken**(200-500g), boiled cabbage(optional).
8. Breakfast (~morning): white nonfat cheese***, 200g/ 2-4 eggs,
9. Lunch: white cabbage/broccoli/flower cabbage, boiled
10. Dinner(5~7pm): 3-7 eggs*/nonfat chicken**(200-500g)/ boiled cabbage(optional).
11. Breakfast (~morning): white nonfat cheese***, 200g/ 2-4 eggs,
12. Lunch: white abbage/broccoli/flower cabbage, boiled
13. Dinner(5~7pm): 3-7 eggs*/nonfat chicken**(200-500g), boiled cabbage(optional).
--After 4 days of recovery all further meals can be taken at will, BUT at the condition of separate nutrition technique developed by Dr. H. Shelton.
--If you feel that you need additional meals(say late night or early morning), you can repeat PREVIOUS meal. Say if it was dinner, you can do the same meal in 3~4 hours if you need that.
--If you feel that you need bigger portions than described above, feel free to do so. However DO NOT mix, keep the rule "either…or" as it comes to eating proteins. Specifically do not mix white cheese with meat or with eggs in one meal.

VERY IMPORTANT:

* eggs MUST be fresh, boiled, NO salt or spices added,
** chicken MUST be fresh and boiled: not more than 4 hours allowed for the meet to be kept before cooking after chicken was slottered . If the meet is not 100% fresh than it MUST be boiled not less than 3 hours, being cut into 2 inch pieces before cooking.
*** White cheese MUST be homemade fresh using 1% or nonfat milk, flashed with cool boiled water to reduce acidity. NO salt, NO vinegar, NO spices added.
**** Any other meets MUST be prepared the same way as chicken: taken fresh and boiled, all fatty pieces cut off. Not more than 10% of fat is allowed in the meets, better yet, no fat for the first meals.


What you will NOT have on protein recovery:
1. weakness during the period of recovery
2. uncontrollable hunger(animalhunger, "zhor"),
3. unstable moods on sharp "perestroika" to carbohydrate diet.

What you WILL have on protein recovery:
1. energy and power during the period of recovery, fast recovery of your muscule mass
