I am a friendly, outgoing and punctual person who is serious about their job, and is always keen to learn new skills and take on any training opportunities. I can work independently, but also make a great team member. I am determined to work hard and consistently, and will be reliable for any future employer.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy sports and being active and love to play netball and volleyball. I love music, I played the flute for the North Shore Youth Band for six years, and I like to sing and write music. On a creative edge, I like to build websites in my spare time.

IT Distributor/Marketing Communications Assistant - June 2005 - PRESENT
Reporting to the Marketing Services manager, this role involves providing channel support to both the Marketing and Sales divisions across the five main business units, as well as maintaining the company website, and keeping customers informed via electronic communications of events, promotions and updates.

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and staff via email and phone.
  • Work with Helpdesk to resolve any problems, and request any new enhancements.
  • Undertake user acceptance testing to help with achieving a successful implementation of upgrades and enhancements to company systems and website.
  • Provide management with statistics on hit rate’s and number of orders placed on the company website.
  • Set-up new users for the website, support reseller website coordinators. Reset passwords for existing users.
  • Update and manage content on the website ensuring information is up to date and accurately loaded
  • Be the key contact between the NZ business and Group IT Product Information Writers. Providing them what is required for them to complete Product Information (PI’s), images and brochures for the NZ business requirements.
