A Night To Remember

February 17, 2001 - Something extraordinary happened @ JW Marriot Hotel in the heart of the city, Kuala Lumpur. My company ANNUAL DINNER & DANCE 2001 was held.

The theme "A Night To Remember". And indeed it was. It will not be if its not for the company SPORTS CLUB namely, CRC, committees tireless effort.

I feel lucky indeed in having the opportunity to work with these bunch of guys & gals. Really, they are the "PEOPLE WITH MOMENTUM" who can really kick some butts.

The SPORTS CLUB committees (for the term 2000 - 2001):
President - Simon Wong
A person whom I only get to know in details for the past one year. Hell, he can really talk  "C**K". :) . Well, helluva a president too! Bravo!!! :-)

Vice President - Alvin Yeoh
This one no need to say lah...plum and funny sometime pretty annoying! :) Hei, no offence lah! Currently, running his own agenda & campaign for Sports Club President for term 2002 -2003. ;-)))

The rest of the gang:
Angeline Lim (Secretary)
Danny Chan & Angie Ng (Event Coordinator)
Yoke Peng (Treasurer)
Dennis (Publicity)
Lysue (Communication)

Well, since the band has been resolve sometime early this year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of them. For the past one year, I've seen and learned things which you don't really get the feel of it when you are out in the field for person like me. Trust me, being a SPORTS CLUB committee is no easy meat!!!

Acknowledgement
Towards the end of every pages designed, I usually sit down with a cold tin 100 Plus or a hot cup of cappuccino sometimes both ;) and write a thank you to all of the people who helped make this happen. Some are in the camera biz, some in the corporate biz and others have been pulled into and that's where I'm at.

Wish to thank Angie Ng with the warmest appreciation, for bringing me into the family, small but big at heart. Am I lucky or what ;-)

It's difficult to express in short bursts how grateful you are for the endless hours spent by our CRC committees - nights of meetings and discussions, nights they eat, to the road where the committees take this circus to places where no one else will appreciate and make it feel like home. :-) ;-)

There are so many people at the CRC Club, be it current or previous, all around our company who fight to take the club pride to the people year after year. At the end, it brings us proud, 2001 - a year of unforgettable memories. Right?

The president, the vice-president, the secretary, the treasurer, publicity, the event coordinators,...I could go on. :-)

You see, its hard to say so much in so little to so many...But, if a man can be judged by the friends he keeps, I must be the luckiest man in town.

See Ya Soon - DT
