The band has contributed music for "In The Key Of X" and "The X-Files Movie Soundtrack Album" and Dave Grohl (the lead singer/guitarist of the band) also made a cameo appearance in The X-Files episode 'Pusher' (during the scene when Modell entered the FBI building).
Of course this isn't the major reason why I have included a Foo Fighters section (rather it is my justification), the real reason is that they are my favourite band and I would like to set aside a section of my site as a tribute to them and their music..
