| We started off in the summer of 1999 or 2000 playing Endless road as "B*Envy". This was back in the day day when it was a pop band of Alex, Ted and John. The name Pure White Light was decided on, in time for the recording of Endless Road in December of 2000 and shortly after we got to work writing some new songs. In the spring of 2001 we brought on Dylan as the hard-core drummer. Before we played our FIRST SHOW ever, we sadly lost John as he decided to go his own way. In May 2001 PWL was named the best band of LCVI and with a new repitoire of songs started the summer with dreams of gigging and glory in mind. The summer was filled with slacking off but into the new school year things began to pick up again. Exams and some practice issues have forced PWL into a stand-still, but Dylan, Ted and Alex have been writing new songs in their spare time and are ready to resume heavy jamming into the begginning of March. And what can we say? We rock hard and we play hard. We always try hard. So thats all... |
